Is there a contract?

No, the minimum period is 2 months, which is covered in your initial payment. You can stop at any time. Your initial payment is non refundable. You are however required to sign your understanding and agreement of the terms and conditions.

What if I don’t know how many calls I will receive per day?

This is not a problem – we will simply start you off on the base package for $99p/month and monitor your activity for the first month. If your monthly phone calls average less than 20 calls per day you can continue on the base package. If your monthly calls average a greater quantity, we will contact you to advise which package best suits your requirements.

How do I make my initial payment?

Can I pay using my credit card?

Yes you can. We accept all major credit cards, please note a surcharge does apply.

Can I divert a 1300 number to your service.

Yes you can, but you will be charged the call forward charges by your provider.

What does temporary parking mean and how do I access it?

Temporary parking is for 2 hours. Simply come to the car park entrance at 76 Cleveland St and buzz reception for a car park, stating the name of your virtual office. View our office location.

Do I own my phone number?

No the number provided is owned by Virtual Offices Brisbane. You can divert your own number to the one we have provided you with. This enables us to answer phone calls for you on a number you own.

Will my calls be answered 24×7?

No our centre operates from 8.30am – 5pm Monday to Friday. Your options outside these hours are flexible, be it divert or go to message bank.

Each month you will be invoiced for last month’s usage along with next month’s fees.

Yes we can frank your mail and send it out daily, postal charges will be applied to your next invoice.

Can I provide instructions on how I want my business calls answered?

Yes we can answer your business calls as instructed and ask the relevant information from the caller as instructed. We can then forward the call, take a message, send to voice mail or even email the caller relevant information all upon your instruction.
